What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is when hypnosis is used in a therapeutic manner. Hypnosis does not need to be scary, it’s a beautiful blend of focus with relaxation in an awake state and you are in complete control. It is a normal, natural state that we go in and out of every day, but when used in a therapeutic manner with someone trained in Hypnotherapy, people can achieve extraordinary results in their lives.
Research has proven how much hypnosis helps people mentally, emotionally, physically, and energetically. It is an incredibly effective way to change negative habits, let go of beliefs that are limiting you, and develop a better mindset for unlimited possibilities!
By engaging in hypnosis, you allow your mind to be more open to and accepting of suggestions for positive change. Entering a deeper level of consciousness during hypnosis simply permits you to access your subconscious mind more easily, thereby harnessing its abilities to assist you. As a hypnotist, my role is merely to guide you to this relaxed, focused state.
